August 08: "A break through collaborative between the Department of Public Health and the CTCCC has resulted in culture change project grants funds in the amount of $50,000. Nursing homes pursuing culture change will be eligible to apply for two $2,500 grants. 

DPH and CTCCC Steering Committee is currently working on developing the application. Grants to be available as of September.
